GREENFIELD — Purdue Extension of Hancock County will be hosting an open house for families interested in joining 4-H. The 4-H Open House will take place from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, October 27, at the Sarah Burke 4-H Exhibit Hall.
Club leaders and 4-H superintendents will be available to talk about 4-H programs. The event will also feature demonstrations of new gadgets that were donated to Hancock County 4-H by Duke Energy, including a 3-D printer.
Enrollment in Indiana 4-H is open to any youth in grades 3-12. Children in kindergarten through second grade can enroll in the “mini” program.
