Nameless Creek Camp receives foundation grant
GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Community Foundation recently awarded Nameless Creek Camp a grant from its Enrichment Fund. The $1,000 grant will go toward the replacement of the camp’s utility vehicle.
The vehicle, which helps camp volunteers perform routine maintenance on camp grounds, has become unusable due to age and the cost of replacement parts.
This grant was issued from a pool of money that is set aside each year to meet nonprofit organizations’ needs that arise outside of the major grant cycles. Grants can be made for up to $1,000 until the pool of money is exhausted.
