Candice Lynn Harmon, age 50, born February 19, 1969 as Candice Lynn Scott daughter of Paul and Marcia Scott passed away peacefully after her courageous battle with cancer on Thursday September 19, 2019.
She resided with her husband, Donnie Harmon, in Ruskin, FL. Candy grew up on the outskirts of Greenfield, and attended Eastern Hancock School and was in marching band and poms. She was a member of Currys Chapel United Methodist Church and youth group.
Candy loved life to the fullest and she had a very caring way about her making everyone feel special and put a twinkle in the eyes of anyone she touched throughout her life.
She enjoyed having her close family and had many friends she cherished and left many great memories for in Indiana and Florida. Candy had a unique love for her fur baby Duke mothering and spoiling him.
She loved being outdoors, shopping for clothes, karokee, listening to music taking rides on her golf cart. She spread enjoyment in her Florida community helping set up special events and going around to her neighbors and friends to lend a hand and her special heart in helping anyway she could.
Candy will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband Donnie Harmon (Ruskin Florida), beloved parents Paul and Marica Scott, loving sisters; Christy Gainey, Cara Moore ,Casey King, brother in-law’s ;Dan Gainey, David Harmon, father in-law; Don Harmon, four nieces and four nephews, five great niece’s, two step-children, 3 step-grandchildren, several aunt’s, uncles, and several cousins.
Memorial Service Arrangements are pending and will be posted at a later date.
