Charles R. “Bud” Winer, 86, passed away at his home in Fortville, IN on Thursday, January 17, 2019
He was precedes in death by his parents Charles and Eunice (Ellis) Winer, his sisters Pat and Jill and brother Richard.
He leaves behind his wife of 59 years Marlene (Rose) Winer, Sons Charles (Patricia), Michael and daughter Susan, 6 grandchildren, Jessica (Wade) McDowell, Walter, Simon, Cody, Amber and Cori. 5 Great-grandchildren Everett, Brantley, Weylin, Lawrence and Haisley. 5 step granchildren Autumn, Brook, Owen, Kennedy and Zion, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bud was born March 11, 1932 in St. Louis, MO. He attended high school in Florence, KY where he enlisted in the US Air Force retiring in 1971 after 21 years of service. He went on to work 20 plus more years at Fort Benjamin Harrison as a civil servant.
He enjoyed baseball and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at Marion National Cemetary on June 7, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
