HANCOCK COUNTY — The ninth-annual Carolyn Johnson “Scholarship for Tomorrow’s Teacher” fundraiser continues through Aug. 15 at the Hancock County Community Foundation, 312 E. Main St., Greenfield.
Carolyn Johnson was a teacher, coach and athletics director at Eastern Hancock School Corp. Her 77th birthday would have been Aug. 3, and promoters of the fundraiser are trying to obtain at least 77 donations and birthday cards in her memory.
