Pixies flutter into the gardens of Riley Home

Hancock County Fair, fun for all ages, kicks off

GREENFIELD — The Hancock County 4-H Fair kicks off tomorrow at the Hancock County Fairgrounds, 620 N. Apple St. at 5 p.m. In addition to animals projects, carnival rides and fair food, the week’s activities feature the Xtreme Rough Stock Rodeo at 7 p.m. Sunday, $10 for adults and $5 for children; Donkey Sports (baseball, basketball and races) at 7 p.m. Tuesday for $5 (email [email protected] to register a team); a petting zoo with $6 pony rides on Wednesday from 12 noon to closing and Thursday from 10 a.m. to closing; a free Silly Safari at the 4-H Bowl on Wednesday at 6 and 7:30 p.m.; and a Monster Truck Spectacular at 7 p.m. on June 28.
