INDIANAPOLIS
Mary Rosalie (Andrews) Rader, 76, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018. She was born on January 3, 1942, in Indianapolis as the daughter of John R. and Mary E. (Pratt) Andrews. She graduated from TC Howe Community High School in 1960. Mary married Roy Thomas Rader on June 19, 1960, in Indianapolis.
She was a Tupperware manager for 46 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Rosalie adored spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved snow birding in Florida and enjoyed doing all sorts of crafts and painting.
Rosalie is survived by her loving husband, Tom Rader of Indianapolis; sons, Keith (Michele) Rader of Wanamaker and Scott (Teresa) Rader of Indianapolis; daughter, Beth (Brian) Burkhardt of Greenfield; brother, John Robert Andrews, Jr. of Mesa, AZ; sister, Peggy Marie Cline of Fishers; son-in-law, John Gilliland of Fishers; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Rader Gilliland; and parents, John and Mary Andrews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 30, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 3255 N German Church Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46235. Pastor Roger Rayl will be officiating. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
