Marilyn W. (Morton) Anderson, age 93, of Indianapolis, died on Monday, April 4, 2016, at Golden Living Center in Indianapolis. She was born on February 22, 1923, in Randolph County as the daughter of Ernest C. and Florence J. (Sparklin) Morton.
Marilyn is survived by her brother, Glen Morton of Lynn; sister-in-law, Martha Morton of Wisconsin; and many niece and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest C. and Florence J. (Sparklin) Morton; husband, John E. Anderson; brothers, Maurice, Howard, Robert, Eugene and Harold; and sister, Marjorie Brissey.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday, April 7, 2016, at Cumberland Christian Church, 39 N. Starter Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at Noon. The Rev. Tom Scott will be officiating. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
