GREENFIELD — Hancock County Extension Homemakers are offering two scholarships for upcoming high school graduates or adults who wish to further their post-high-school education.
The first is the High School Scholastic Award, which is restricted to a Hancock County resident who will be graduating from high school and pursuing a college or vocational school degree.
The second is the Career Advancement Award, which is restricted to a Hancock County homemaker, age 25 or older. Membership to Hancock County Extension Homemakers is not a requirement.
Each scholarship is for $500, and applications are due March 15. Applications and more details are available at extension.purdue.edu/hancock, or at the Purdue Extension office at 802 N. Apple St., Greenfield, IN 46140. Applications may be submitted in person or postmarked by March 15 to the above address.
