Kevin L. Moran, 52, of Greenfield, passed away on Monday, Dec. 7, 2015. He was born on Aug. 15, 1963, in Indianapolis, as the son of Lindsey C. and Rita A. (McKinney) Moran.
He graduated from Greenfield Central High School in 1981. Kevin married Tammie (Jones) on June 26 in Greenfield.
Since high school, Kevin was a sheet metal worker for Local #20 and currently worked at Kirk and Blum. Mr. Moran was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and was a NASCAR fan.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Tammie Moran; son, Chad Moran; daughter, Carsen Moran; mother, Rita Moran; brother, Mark (wife, Brenda) Moran; sisters, Kim (husband, Harry) Brown and Krista (husband, Danny) Rhoades; grandmother, Frieda McKinney and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lindsey Moran; grandfather, William McKinney and grandparents, Carson and Lillie Moran.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, at the mortuary. Dr. Randall Parker will be officiating. Burial will follow at Cooper Cemetery in Greenfield.
