McCORDSVILLE — The School of Liberal Arts at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis recently announced McCordsville resident Nyree Humbert as the recipient of two scholarships.
Humbert is receiving the Jean C. and Gerald L. Bepko Lifelong Learner Award and the William M. Plater General Studies International Scholarship.
Having already completed a travel planning certificate, Humbert is working toward completing a bachelor’s degree and a minor.
She is also a wife and a mother of two college students.
