NEW PALESTINE — Gem Water Utility in New Palestine will be flushing fire hydrants from May 18 through June 14.
Customers should be on the lookout for discolored water during this time period. If the water is discolored, run the cold water only, and the water should clear within a few minutes. Check to see that the water is clear before washing white clothes.
