HANCOCK COUNTY — The first annual Arms Around Amberly event will be 3 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Hancock County Fairgrounds, 620 N. Apple St., Greenfield.
This special event is in honor of Amberly (Watson) Owen, a brain cancer patient. All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.
There will be a free-will offering for the chicken and noodle supper, live music from the band R6, a mobile blood drive, corn hole tournament, silent auction, bake sale, face painting, kids games and more.
This event is hosted by the American Cancer Society Relay For Life team, Dena’s gang.
