The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:
Feb. 23
Brandon Warrick pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with four days executed and 361 days suspended; 361 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; restitution to owner of a utility pole to be determined; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.
Tiffany N. Wilson pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 180 days informal probation. Fine and cost: $168.
Brad A. Talbert pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; 180 days home detention. Fine and cost: $768.
Carl T. Blumenhorst pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 10 days executed and 50 suspended; 50 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $280.50. Fine and cost: $768.
Henry H. Case pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days executed. Fine and cost: $368.
Feb. 24
Emmett L. Harden Jr. pleaded guilty to driving while suspended with prior; sentenced to 365 days in jail with four days executed and 361 days suspended; 361 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fine and cost: $568.
Emmett L. Harden Jr. pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with four days executed and 176 days suspended; 361 days probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended for 180 days; concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.
Stephen L. Smith pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 365 days executed and 180 days suspended; 180 formal probation; 180 days community corrections; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County Court case. Fine and cost: $168.

Ronald D. Hamilton pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 30 executed and 150 days suspended; 335 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $168.
