Feb. 18

Darrell Piper pleaded guilty to failure to stop after an accident; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; restitution to victim to be determined; driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Fine and cost: $568.

Darrell Piper pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 180 days probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

James Chrysty pleaded guilty to failure to stop after an accident with property damage; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; restitution to victim for damage to be determined; driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Feb. 19

Lorenzo K. Croswell pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Fine and cost: $568.

Daniel Dresser pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended for two days. Fine and cost: $768.

Thomas Muncy pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; restitution to the Indiana Department of Transportation for $224.17. Fine and cost: $768.

Jessica L. Greb pleaded guilty to cruelty to an animal; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; defendant shall not own an animal while on probation. Fine and cost: $168.50.

Nicholas Gibson pleaded guilty to cruelty to an animal; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; formal probation; 40 hours of community service; restitution to animal control to be determined; defendant shall not own an animal while on probation. Fine and cost: $168.50.

Loretta L. Crenshaw-Hawkins pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended for 46 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Rachel Kinney pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated endangering a person; sentenced to 180 days in jail; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $280.50; driver’s license suspended 90 days.
