Louella (Tracy) Watson, 93, of Fountaintown, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. She was born Sept. 7, 1921, in Fountaintown, the daughter of Charles Wesley and Grace (Campbell) Tracy.
On May 3, 1941, she married her husband of 57 years, Harry B. Watson Jr., and he preceded her in death on Oct. 13, 1998.
Louella graduated from Morristown High School in 1939. She was a member of Fountaintown Christian Church and the Mite Society.
Louella is survived by her son, Harry B. "Duke" (Patricia) Watson III of Fountaintown; daughter Brenda Sue (Steven) Hodgen of Fountaintown; grandchildren Christine Shull, Amy Hasenkamp, Stephanie Hardwick, and John Hodgen; and great-grandchildren Britney, Alec, Taylor, Grace, Olivia, Kailey, Emily, Wyatt, and Wade.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers Asahel Tracy, Harold Tracy, Beryl Tracy, Jim Tracy and Loren Tracy; and a sister Helen Nugent.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2015, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, March 23, 2015, at Fountaintown Christian Church, 797 W. Brookville Rd. in Fountaintown, Indiana. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, at the church. Interment will be at Concord Cemetery in Shelby County.
