Dolly Beatrice Tompkins, 92, of Greenfield, formerly of Kennard, died Tuesday morning, Jan. 27, 2015, at Kindred Transitional Care in Greenfield. She was born Feb. 16, 1922, in Honaker, Va., to the late Richard and Nettie (Harris) Whitt.
Survivors include two sons, Danny L. (Melinda) Tompkins of Kennard, Joseph W. (Judy) Tompkins of Knightstown; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Carlie Lee Tompkins.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 12 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015, at Condo and Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson, with funeral service at noon, with Rev Robert Sludder officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown.
