Florence Thomas, 92, of Greenfield, passed away peacefully Saturday, Nov. 29th in Delaware, Ohio. Florence was born May 22, 1922, in Milroy, Ind., to Willard Hansel and Ethel (Wildey) Hansel.
She is survived by her sons, Jim Thomas of Columbus, Ohio and Fred Thomas of Greenfield; and her sisters, Florine Dobbs of Texas, and Martha VanOsdole of Butlerville, Ind.; she is also the grandmother of 6 boys, who grew up in Greenfield, and great-grandmother of many.
She is preceded in death by her late husband, William (Uncle Bill) Thomas and 7 siblings.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec 6th, at Bradley United Methodist Church in Greenfield, Ind.
