Jazzilyn Jayde Jenkins, of Columbus, peacefully returned to her heavenly home on Thursday, July 31, 2014. She was born on September 11, 2012 in Columbus, Ind., to her parents Matthew D. Jenkins and Erica Klepper.
She is survived by her parents, Matthew Jenkins and Erica Klepper of Columbus, Ind.; paternal grandparents, Frances and Mary Jenkins of Ky.; maternal grandfather, Michael (Michelle) Klepper of Morristown; maternal grandmother, Lora Frodge of Columbus; paternal great-grandmother Jenkins; and maternal great-grandparents, William and Connie Klepper of Indianapolis and Richard and June Thurston of Shelbyville.
Visitation will be held on Monday, Aug. 4, 2014, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be immediately following visitation at 7:00 p.m. A private burial will take place.
