Lesley Willis, 34, of Shirley, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014, at her residence. She was born December 23, 1979, in Indianapolis and is the daughter of Rod and Karen (Lambert) Hampton.
Lesley was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt and a friend to many. She was employed at Covance in Greenfield as a study technician and was a member of the Wilkinson Church of Christ and the Indiana Shorthorn Association.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin; and daughter, Ashton Willis of Shirley; parents, Rod (Linda) Hampton of Clayton, Ind. and Karen Hampton of Stilesville, Ind.; parents-in-law, Jerome and Karen Willis of Wilkinson; two sisters, Abby (Doug) Whicker of Coatesville, Ind., and Cory (Tim) Fry of Danville, Ind.; brother-in-law, Mike Willis of Greenfield; sister-in-law, Kelly (Jake) Alexander of Monroe City, Ind.; step brothers, Nathan Brown of Huntersville, N.C. and Josh Brown of Cedar Park, Tx.; and eight nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Wilkinson Church of Christ from 3-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. at the church on Monday, July 28, 2014, with Terry Kemp officiating. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson.
