Jody L. Jack, 48, of Greenfield, passed away Monday, March 24, 2014. She was born on Jan. 9, 1966, in Greenfield, as the daughter of James Jack and Sally (Helsley) Hartman.
Jody is survived by her mother, Sally Hartman; sister, Tamara (Rick) Johnson of Knightstown; niece, Tara Paolella of Greenfield.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Jack.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m on Thursday, March 27, 2014, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation. Pastor Ira Scott will be officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
