Noah Griffin Jay Collis, infant, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at Hancock Regional Hospital. Born on Nov. 20, 2012, he was the son of Jessie and Samantha (Hankins) Collis.
Surviving him are his parents, Jessie and Samantha Collis of Greenfield; sister, Heaven Collis of Greenfield; grandparents, Norman (Genia) Collis and Donald (Fiona) Hankins; and several loving family members.
Graveside services will be on Saturday, Nov. 24, at 11 a.m. at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
