Payton Elizabeth Goff, 3, of Greenfield, passed away Monday, May 28, 2012. She was born June 26, 2008, in Greenfield to Jama (Shane) Reynolds and Justin (fianceé Melissa Collins) Jenkins.
Payton loved the hula-hoop, fishing with her dad, baseball, basketball and all activities outdoors. She was looking forward to starting preschool in August.
She is survived by her parents; brother, Devin Vojnovich; sister, Jadelynne Reynolds; grandmother, Penny Goff of Fortville; grandfather, Steve Jenkins of Charlottesville; grandmother, Kim (Scott) Prange of Greenfield; grandparents, Lea & Rick Hinshaw of Anderson; great-grandfather, Allen Thompson of Fortville; Aunt, Johna “Rah-Rah” Goff of Fortville; Aunt, Brittany Madison-Goff of Fortville; Great-uncles, Chris (Lacey) Thompson of Ingalls and Jeff “Minni” Thompson of Fortville; Aunt, Jacki and Uncle, Joe Jenkins of Greenfield; and numerous cousins.
Payton was preceded in death by her grandfather, John Goff; great-grandfather, Johnny Goff; great-grandmother, Marsha Thompson; great-uncle, Tracy Thompson; and great-aunt, Diane Hewson.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. A celebration of Payton’s life will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
