Nancy Lou (Hart) Hughes, 79, died Friday, May 25, 2012, at her home. Born on May 7, 1933, in Russell Springs Kentucky, she was the daughter of George and Maude (Wilson) Hart.
Surviving her are her children, Andrew Hughes of Indianapolis, Rhonda (Tom) Sullivan of Fortville, Sandra (Joe) Sefton of Greenfield, Donna (Scott) Pedersen of Greenfield, and Michael (Laura) Hughes of Indianapolis; siblings, Velice Cottongin of Speedway, and Calvin Hart of Indianapolis; 10 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, George and Maude Hart; husband, C.V. Hughes; 2 grandchildren; one brother; and several sisters.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield with viewing one hour prior to the service. Pastor Mark Adcock will be officiating. Burial will follow at Washington Park East in Indianapolis.
