Sheila Rae (Decker) Johnson, 80, went to be with the Lord at 8:26 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2012, at her residence. Born December 20, 1931, in Pike County, she was the daughter of Oval and Oma (Henson) Decker. She married Thomas Johnson July 24, 1947.
Surviving her are husband, Thomas Johnson of Orleans; son, Keith Edward Johnson of Mitchell; 3 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; sisters, Lucille Roberson of Cutler, Norma Jean Willis of Noblesville; brother, Allen Decker of Cutler.
Preceeding her in death were her parents; and daughter, Trenda Kaye Blagg.
A funeral service will be at 3 p.m., Friday, May 4, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Mitchell with Rev. Dr. O. W. Willis and Rev. Aaron Willis officiating. Graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Williams Cemetery in Pike County.
