Margaret J. Leary, 95, a resident of Greenfield, passed away on March 31, 2012, at her residence. She was born on June 26, 1916, in Hancock County Ind., to the late Henry R. and Myrtle (Fields) Jessup.
She and her late husband Robert P. Leary were former owners of Leary Bottle Gas and Co-Owner of Leary’s Gravel. She was a homemaker and member of Grace Nazarene Church.
She is survived by her daughter; Roberta Leary; son, Ronald H. (Janet) Leary both of Greenfield; 8 grandchildren; 10 great- grandchildren; and 8 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert P. Leary; daughter, Marylyn Mund; brother, John F. Jessup and one grandson.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
