Jack Stultz, age 82, of Fortville died on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011, Jack was born on May 29, 1929, to Claude and Gladys Stultz.
Jack was a WWII Navy veteran.
He was preceded death by his wife, Jackie and two grandsons.
Jack is survived by his daughters Belinda (Jeffrey) Young of Greenfield, Becky (Jeffery) Sietsma of Fortville, Ind., and Bambi (Todd) McQuade-Jones of Zionsville, Ind.; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011, at the Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center, Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral center.
