Lorene V. McCarty, age 91, of McCordsville, passed away on Sept. 29, 2011. She was born on Oct. 14, 1919, in Dyersburg, Tenn.
Lorraine was a homemaker and attended New Life Christian Fellowship.
She is survived by children, Larry Tubbs of St. Louis, Mo.; James (Judy) Tubbs of McCordsville; and Jerry (Lesley) Tubbs of Kirkwood, Mo.; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.
Lorene was preceded in death by her daughter, Martha Day; father George Fox; and mother Ada L. (Moore) Fox.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. A graveside funeral service will immediately follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fishers.
