Laurel Goff, 92, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, at Springhurst Health Campus in Greenfield. She was born April 20, 1918, in Nebraska (Jennings County), Ind., to the late Ralph and Maude (Reese) Edens.
Laurel graduated from Zenus High School, was a member of Trinity Park United Methodist Church, Greenfield and O.E.S. in Irvington. She was the co-owner of Goff's Drive-In and Goff's Roller Rink in Maxwell. Laurel enjoyed playing cards, traveling, shopping and was a casino enthusiast.
She is survived by her children, Beverly (Bob) Frost of Greenfield, Gary (Charla) Goff of Acworth, Ga., Gregg Goff of Round Rock, Texas; grandchildren, Kent (Pam) Frost, Kim (Skip) Lehman, Clint Frost, Matthew (Kelly) Goff, Megan and Maggie Goff, Eric Goff, Korie Goff, Kolin Goff; great-grandchildren, Chad, Lance, Paige, Cassidy Frost and Laurel Lehman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Goff, 1988; and her brother, Keith Edens.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mike Manning officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery.
