Plant sale to benefit EHHS

NEW PALESTINE – With pink neon, poodle skirts, mullets and even medieval costumes to celebrate prom through the decades, the New Palestine Education Foundation raised thousands of dollars at its annual gala last month.

In the pursuit of prosperity and financial security, the well-trodden path has long been considered a college education. For decades, the promise of a bachelor’s degree has shone like a beacon, guiding individuals toward brighter futures. But what if I told you that the key to unlocking upward mobility lies beyond the ivory towers of academia? What if the path to success is not always paved with diplomas, but rather with skills honed through alternative routes?

The following students were recognized for being Weston Elementary’s Best on the Bus students for April. They all showed respect and responsibility during their rides to and from school. This world has plenty of problems and challenges. We have tensions and divisions in our country. We see uncertainties and conflicts all around us. Only God knows how long we will live in this upside-down world before things get better.
